Reservation and Payment Policies

To ensure your reservation, you have to make a money deposit of 50% of the total cost of your lodging as soon as you have decided to visit Azuluna Ecolodge.

For this effect, please we require all information of your credit card (name as it appears on your CC, expiration date and security code, the last 3 numbers on the back of your CC), or if you prefer you can make your payment at Banco Pichincha, checking account No. 3382485604 under the name of Hosteria Azuluna).

The final payment has to be completed one week prior to your arrival (for groups 15 days).

Note: If you can’t deposit the money in this bank; please, we will need you make a money transfer with Western Union under the name of Galo Mero Tomala, ID Card No. 1309686663; money to be received in Puerto Lopez, Manabi Province.

If you are overseas (in Europe in particular) and you can’t use the service of Western Union; please, make a money transfer through your bank to the following bank account:

Cancellation Policies

30-07 days prior to departure Fee penalty = 50% of total cost

06-00 days before departure Fee penalty = 100% of total cost

• All cancellations must be made in writing to be accepted and confirmed.
•Cancellation fees will be deducted from all deposits or payments automatically if reservations are cancelled.
• If this is a group, please ask for the cancellation policies for groups.
